Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, counseling support. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, and families.

Depression and anxiety may be common but it does not have to interfere with your day to day life. Through therapy you can learn your triggers, and health coping skills to manage your mental wellness.
Eating Disorders and body image
Eating disorders and negative body image impact our quality of life. It is not something that you have to accept, change is possible. Learn about body acceptance, weight stigma, and food freedom.
Life transitions
Life is hard, trust us we know. No ones life is without change or challenge. Allow us to support you through those tough times. You don't have to do it alone.

Consultations and Speaking Engagements
New Client Consultations
Free
Free 15 minute consultations. During consultations you have the opportunity to get to know your therapist to determine if they're the best fit! Fee waived based on income.
Peer Consultations
30
$30 for 30 minutes. This service is for clinicians and practitioners looking to consult about difficult cases or to learn more from our expertise.
Speaking Engagements
800
$800 per hour for engagement. Pricing includes preparation and advertisement.

$150 for 50 minute therapy sessions. Sliding scale available based on need.
Need Based Therapy
